EVENTS AT MPS POLICIES

 

Media Production Studios Requires A 100% NON-Refundable depoist of half for ANY Reason To Reserve The Studio. The card charged for service MUST be the person who booked& by signing this contract you authorize us to charge your card. Payment ScheduleThe 50% Deposit Is Due At Booking -NON REFUNDABLE .

Final payment is due no later than 4 business days prior to your event date. (Failure to pay within 4 business days will result in a late fee or event cancellation )We accept payment in the form of Credit Card, Debit,Card ,Cash.

All Deposits MUST BE Credit/Debit Card payments will incur a credit card fee.

For final Payment this fee can be waived if payment is made via Cash.

Events at MPS ATL - Customer has agreed to clean up & have everything out the building AT THE END OF THE EVENT OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A STORAGE FEE. Failure to do so, customer will be charge another hour. We supply 2 trash can any other trash must be taken to the outside dumpster. (Staff will take the first trash bag out & you would need to supply us with other trash bags for tag can) Venders are not allowed to take tissue and paper towel out the restrooms for personal use.

Promotional video/ photos maybe taken , Media production Studios website and/or social media by BOOKING MEDIA PRODUCTION STUDIOS you give us consent to do so.

Nothing can be hung or placed on the drywall for ANY REASON. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF DOCK DOORS. Tables and chairs must be placed back on the cart provided at the end of the event ( if renting from MPS ATL) Cyc Wall-Cyc wall and all setup in this area must happen a minimum of 2 feet from the wall so as not to damage the curved area of the wall. Guests are not permitted to walk on the curve. Damage to the cyc or any drywall area will be a min of 200 damage fee.

STORAGE FEE-If vendors need to bring equipment early deliver/pick up outside of the booked time block, prior approval must be obtained from the studio manager to ensure that the venue is available and staffed. If approved, an additional $75/hour fee will apply and be added to the final invoice . OVERNIGHT STORAGE FEE IS 250 A NIGHT.WE WILL ONLY ALLOW 1 TOUR , PLEASE BRING EVERYONE WHO NEEDS TO SEE THE SPACE AT SCHEDULED TIME.

Clean Up- Clean up includes but not limited to( NO TRASH, PERSONAL ITEMS OR DEBREF LEFT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. ) Bathrooms & mopping is not expected. We do expect for you to clean up any items visiable. PLEASE UNDERSTAND IF THE CHECKLIST IS NO PERFORMED BEFORE YOU OR THE PLANNER LEAVES A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

Trash- We will supply 2 Large trash can,NO TRASH OR DEBREF LEFT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE BUILDINGS Catering-There are no catering restrictions, you may choose your own catering service. Caterter MUST clean up area after use.

Damages to the space- All decorations must be removed without causing damage to the venue. A patch and paint fee of $200-$500 will be assessed if walls are damaged. NO GLITTER is allowed inside or outside the building. In general, clients, guests and vendors should handle the venue with care and return it in the condition it was received.

Event Staff -Events Manager will be accessible throughout your event. The manager will ensure that the venue and surrounding site are ready for your event, and will meet with you prior to the beginning of your event. The manager will be accessible to you at anytime during your event, and a contact number will be given to you to reach the manager if they are away from the Venue.
