EVENTS AT MPS

Yes , we offer the entire 7,000 square ft open space IN ATLANTA for event rental. The night before you event we will have the space clean & ready for you. Our minimum rental time is 5 hours. OUR BUILDING CAN FIT 350 PEOPLE MAX. Just in we have added a food prep space available with ALL bookings

FULL STUDIO SET UP AND CLEAN UP IS INCLUDED IN TIME RENTED. CLEAN UP MUST BE AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE YOUR TIME IS UP. A REFUNDABLE CLEAN UP FEE OF 300.00 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL PAYMENT. IF THE SPACE IS NOT CLEANED BACK UP YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE CLEAN UP FEE BACK. If so we will refund you the same day of event. NOTHING IS INCLUDED BUT ADD ONS CAN BE PROVIDED

STORAGE FEE

If vendors need to bring equipment early deliver/pick up outside of the booked time block, prior approval must be obtained from the studio manager to ensure that the venue is available and staffed. If approved, an additional $75/hour fee will apply and be added to the final invoice . OVERNIGHT STORAGE FEE IS 200 A NIGHT.

WE WILL ONLY ALLOW 1 TOUR , PLEASE BRING EVERYONE WHO NEEDS TO SEE THE SPACE AT SCHEDULED TIME.

Payment Schedule

The 50% deposit is due at booking -NON REFUNDABLE

Final payment is due no later than 2 business days by 5pm prior to your event date. (Failure to pay within 2 business days will result in a late fee or event cancellation )

All Deposits MUST BE Credit/Debit Card payments will incur a credit card fee.
For final Payment this fee can be waived if payment is made via Cash.

Cyc Wall

Cyc wall and all setup in this area must happen a minimum of 2 feet from the wall so as not to damage the curved area of the wall. Guests are not permitted to walk on the curve. Damage to the cyc or any drywall area will be a min of 200 damage fee

Wine & beer is welcomed , any event with alcoholic beverages after 5pm require a MPS ATL security guard for both your guest safely and the building.
